The wine
The wine has more purple nuances at birth. Its colour is often fairly intense. Its aromas are fruity, fresh and not very tannic. Good vivacity, discreetly mellow.
Drink young, keeps well for 2 or 3 years.
Develops woody, game and eau-de-vie cherry aromas.
Serve with
Delicatessen products, country meals (pot-au-feu, hotpots, etc.), camembert, brochettes, eggs meurette. Temperature: 11 to 12°. |
