The wine
A fairly sustained colour, a powerful nose that hints at the reserve. In its youthful prime: wild summer fruits, sloe, blackberry; it evolves towards plant nuances: oak bark, animal nuances: venison.
In the mouth, a robust structure, fullness dominated by liveliness and firmness. Austere in its youth, it requires a good ten years to calm down and confirm its fullness and race. |
